Tonight's workout was a double pyramid, with one increasing while the other decreased. The two exercises were a pushup shift, which is a kind of static exercise from the top of a pushup, and russian twists, which involve moving a dumbell back and forth by twisting your trunk.

Tonight's CrossFit workout was a static workout. Those numbers are the seconds you had to hold the move at the halfway point with only body weight. You did each exercise for the appointed time, then moved to the next time slot. 15-30-45-60-45-30-15 * Overhead squats * Pushups * Reverse situps What
