One partner holds while the other completes reps. When the the hold fails, the partners switch

Station 1

  • Overhead bar hold [30 kg]
  • 75 burpees

Station 2

  • Ring dip hold in top position
  • 50 cleans [40 kg]

Station 3

  • Deadlift hold [60 kg]
  • 75 kettlebell swings [20 kg]  Time 16 minutes and change
