One partner holds while the other completes reps. When the the hold fails, the partners switch
Station 1
- Overhead bar hold [30 kg]
- 75 burpees
Station 2
- Ring dip hold in top position
- 50 cleans [40 kg]
Station 3
- Deadlift hold [60 kg]
- 75 kettlebell swings [20 kg] Time 16 minutes and change
