Double tabata step jump burpees
That sounds complicated, and it is. One grabs a step, and then adds as many risers as you think you can clear. Each riser adds one to the total at the end. You do a burpee, then jump over the step, and do another burpee.
- 7+3 end of first tabata
- 6+3 end of second tabata
