Mark Perry has a post on the increasing disparity between men and women's secondary educational attainment, resulting in the interesting graph linked above. [data here]
This matches my personal experience, since the Magista, being a Master of Science, has two college degrees, while I have only one. I have a friend in Phoenix who is earning a PhD in Microbiology, but his wife is working on a PhD and a JD.
There are a few fields in the university where men still comprise a majority, but the trends are clearly all going in the same direction.
