CrossFit 2010-04-07

Starting in April, the workouts now involve a warmup as well as dessert.

Warmup:

3 sets, 5 reps

  • Ball slams [15 #]
  • Pushups
  • Knees to elbows

WOD:

Paired workout, one partner does dumbell snatches with each arm, the other hangs from the pullup bar with the weight between their feet. 10-8-6-4-2

  • Weight 20#

Time 9:30

Dessert:

  • Slide board 25-15
