Bootcamp.
Age-adjusted fitness test. 100 reps minus your age, except for pullups, where you divide that number in half.
- Pushups [70]
- Squats [70]
- Situps [70]
- Pullups [35]
- 1 mile run

I've done this one before, but I did not record the time. The age-adjusted fitness test is a variant of Angie, which I did the another version about a year ago. Angie does not include running, so my Angie time of 23 minutes compares favorably.
