From our former colonial masters in the UK comes this news of many students not knowing the term "despotic tyranny" as used on an A-Level history exam. I especially like the many comments by students on Facebook that the word "despotic" never showed up in any of the required texts! How can you expect them to know a word if it is not in the notes?

The whole experience sounds much like a despotic tyranny...oh wait...
