Static work. Not really my favorite. 6 rounds.

  • Pushup
  • V-situp
  • Pullup
  • Squats

Tonight's workout was outside work, 3 rounds relay style

  • Tire flips
  • Lunges (25# plate) (25 yards)
  • Waiter carry (25# plate) (25 yards)
  • Squats (25# plate)
  • Inchworm (25 yards)

Dirty and brutal.
