Tonight's workout

5 rounds static work with partner and heavy bar

You do a static move while your partner does reps, then you switch

Static Squat / 20 pushups

Static overhead squat / 20 One legged squats (10 each leg)

Static overhead press / 40 bicycles

Time limit: 25 minutes

Bre and I almost got to the end, we finished the last round of pushups.
