The Woodcutter's Shack

Josefina Holmlund (Swedish, 1827 - 1905): Björkhage med ko

I saw this Swedish painting of a birch grove at The Daily Timewaster, and it immediately struck me as a location in the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Part of my enjoyment of that game was the visual variety of the settings, many places such as this could readily be located from a screenshot, which isn’t true of all open world games.
