Kölsch beers were originally brewed in Köln [Cologne], Germany, whence comes the name. This is similar to a pilsner in color and body, but is nonetheless considered an ale.
The beer is golden with a thin white head. It is crisp and light. Respectable hops. Very little maltiness or body.

A refreshing beer, suitable for a light lunch or sitting in a beer garden enjoying the sun.
