William Vallicella has good words on just what hypocrisy really is. I wish I could remember who it was who said that fear of being a hypocrite is the great modern sin. I'm sure I'll remember sometime tomorrow.

On another one of his sites, Bill talks about hypocrisy in reverse. I'm a little unsure about how his multiple sites work, but I can always recommend a philosopher from Arizona.
