This was supposed to be a nine minute workout, but I messed up the rest periods. Oh well, next time.

Back squats [40/90kg = 44% of 1 RM]

  • 3 minutes squats [31]
  • 2 3 minutes rest
  • 2 minutes squats [20]
  • 1 2 minutes rest
  • 1 minute squats [11]

Total 62 squats

Dessert was myofascial release on the lower back
