Inspired by this CrossFit journal article on catching the bar low, and this blog post on squatting low shared by my friend Michael Bann, I decided to try dropping the weight and getting lower.

Snatch-grip squat press

  • 5 reps with the 15 kg bar. Much harder than it looked.

Front squat
