Tonight's workout was a modified Miracle Mile. Modified, because there were no treadmills available to do sprinting, so we had to do jumprope instead.
Miracle Double Chipper, 2 rounds
- Lunge lap
- 500 jumprope [or 100 double-unders]
- 50 pushups
- 50 kettlebells [16kg]
