Dumbbell Mix

25# dumbbell

15 reps of each exercise in two rounds. First round, right arm for the dumbbell exercises, second round left arm. Not for time.

  • Dumbbell clean
  • Dumbbell squat
  • Dumbbell push press (or jerk if weight requires it)
  • Dumbbell overhead squat
  • Pushup
  • Pullup
  • Toes-to-bar  
    9. Repeat 1-4 with dumbbell in other hand, then repeat 5-8.
