CrossFit 2009-06-11

Tonight's workout was AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 15 minutes

Each round:

  • 1 lap around parking lot
  • 15 kettlebell swings (26#)
  • 15 box jumps (~18")
  • 15 curb pushups

I made it through 4 complete rounds, and one extra lap at the end
