CrossFit 2009-06-11
Tonight's workout was AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 15 minutes
Each round:
- 1 lap around parking lot
- 15 kettlebell swings (26#)
- 15 box jumps (~18")
- 15 curb pushups
I made it through 4 complete rounds, and one extra lap at the end
