CrossFit 2009-03-19

A Tabata style workout last night.

Four stations, 40 seconds at each one, with 20 seconds to transition. 5 circuits.

  1. Box jumps
  2. Russian twists
  3. Kettlebells
  4. Situps with dumbell Twenty minutes total, you just go for as many reps as you possibly can. I'm still crippled, so I didn't do the box jumps.
