Deck of Cards
First CrossFit in a while, and look what I got myself into!
Deck of Cards workout
Work your way though a deck of cards, doing the number of reps that match the value of the card, and the exercise determined by the suit. All face cards are worth ten. That is 84 reps of each exercise except for burpees!
- Aces - Burpees
- Hearts - Deadlifts [50 kg]
- Spades - Knees to elbows
- Clubs - Lunges [double count]
- Diamonds - Kettlebell swings [20 kg]
Not for time, you just have to finish!
Dessert was a 1/2 mile run down and up Heartbreak Hill.
