Okay, not really CrossFit, because we skipped class Tuesday. It was CrossFit inspired, if not CrossFit intensity. I needed to do something though, beause the snowpocalypse is upon us, and I probably won't be going to CrossFit tonight.

- 30 dips
- 8 minutes rowing machine
- Kettlebell swing tabata 16#
- 30 pushups
