CrossFit 2010-01-20

Okay, not really CrossFit, because we skipped class Tuesday. It was CrossFit inspired, if not CrossFit intensity. I needed to do something though, beause the snowpocalypse is upon us, and I probably won't be going to CrossFit tonight.

  • 40 jumping pullups (20 overhand, 20 underhand)
  • 30 dips
  • 8 minutes rowing machine
  • Kettlebell swing tabata 16#
  • 30 pushups
