CrossFit 2009-07-23

First CrossFit since I hurt my knee. I took it pretty easy, I had to modify the exercises to make sure I didn't reinjure myself.

3 rounds, 35-25-15

  • Single arm lunges (I didn't lunge much) 10#
  • Russian twists (10#)
  • Crossover pushups
  • Mountain climbers  I got a time of 14:05, which is not really that bad, but I felt weak.
