A tabata gone bad (TGB)
4 rounds, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds transition
- Step pushups (one hand higher than the other, then switch)
- Pistols (one legged squats)
- Kettlebell swings (18#)
- Russian twists (10#)
Crippled again! The pistols were hurting a little, but I went deep on a kettlebell swing and something in my knee didn't like it. This is the second time in four months. Clearly, something needs to change. Thankfully, the place I do CrossFit is owned by a group of physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons. I'll go in tomorrow and have my knee looked at again. Same one. Bah.
