Tonight's workout was outside work, 3 rounds relay style
- Tire flips
- Lunges (25# plate) (25 yards)
- Waiter carry (25# plate) (25 yards)
- Squats (25# plate)
- Inchworm (25 yards)
Dirty and brutal.
