Tonight's workout was 4 rounds, 26-21-18-10

  • Squat thrusters (2 dumbells)
  • Russian hops (2 dumbbells)
  • Pushups
  • Situps (with 1 dumbbell)  I used 8# dumbbells, my time was 11:30 something. I was busy trying not to barf.
